Recette du poulet farci aux bolets

Ingrédients : 

1 poulet (env. 1.2 kg)
200 g de bolets frais
1 cs d‘huile
4 tranches de pain blanc ramollies dans du lait
2 gousses d‘ail pressées
2 jaunes d’œufs
1 cs de persil haché
30 ml de vermouth sec
sel et poivre
thym et romarin
huile d‘olive
1 dl de crème    

Préparation :


Préchauffer le four à 200°C.


Nettoyer les bolets, les couper en tranches et les faire revenir dans l‘huile. Laisser égoutter le pain. Mélanger les bolets avec le pain, l‘ail, les jaunes d‘œufs, le persil et 15 ml de vermouth. Assaisonner avec du sel, poivre et les herbes.
Farcir le poulet avec ce mélange et le déposer dans un Ultra Plus 3 l Tupperware. Saler, poivrer et ajouter l‘huile d‘olive et le reste du vermouth.


Fermer l‘ Ultra Plus Tupperware avec le couvercle et faire cuire au four pendant 90 minutes à 200°C.


Ajouter la crème juste avant la fin de la cuisson.
